At Spicy Peach Apparel, we take pride in creating high-quality, custom-made apparel just for you. Because each item is made to order, please review our refund and return policy below.

All Sales are Final on Custom Items

Due to the personalized natural of our products, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges on custom orders unless there is a defect or error on our page. 

Damages or Incorrect Orders

If you item arrives damaged or incorrect (wrong size, design, or color from what was ordered), please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Send an email to spicypeachapparel@gmail.com with:

• Your order number
• A clear photo of the issue
• A description of the problem

We will either:

• Send a replacement at no extra cost, or 
• Issue a refund, depending on the situations

Please double-check the size chart before ordering. We cannot accept returns or exchanges for incorrect size selections on custom items.
